I want to tell you how much we appreciate the design and engineering of the Equestrian Bathing System we recently purchased from your organization. It meets our needs to a “T”.  We especially like the fact that you do not need a special wash rack to catch the mess, which makes it so much more flexible --- and can therefore be taken with us to the shows. We can even use it in the big horse trailer! It make cleaning a lathered horse, coming in from a hard work out, a breeze. It saves time and we could probably cut staff. Instead we will have them spend more time cleaning and polishing harness. You know that in the old days driving establishments like ours would have three to five men working full time on harness. When you come up with a harness cleaning and polishing system please let us know."
